To avoid any confusion on your arrival, please take note of the following information:

We are a safe gated community and there is only one security gate entrance, which is at the corner of Monument Road and De Bruin Drive.
Our check-in times are between 14h00 – 21h00.
No check in between 06h00 and 12h00, unless room is booked for the previous night.
Check out time is 10h00.
Late check-out after 10h00 can be arranged, but is subject to availability of the room and Full room rate applies for check out after 12h00.
Any arrivals outside of our operating hours needs to be pre-arranged.
Payments for all extras (breakfast, dinner, beverages, laundry, etc) can be paid via credit card, debit card, or cash.
A complimentary CONTINENTAL Breakfast is available between 06h30 and 09h00, but you can add a Full English Breakfast @ R89.00 per person.
Dinners are available on request for R279.00 per person and is served at 19h00. No late dinners after 20h00 can be prepared.
No lunch available.
Complimentary shuttle (pre-booked) from OR Tambo International Airport to Journey's Inn Africa (return), is available during our operating hours.
Unfortunately, no transfers available unless pre-arranged. (No last minute pick-ups possible).
No "Meet & Greet" and transfers from the airport to the lodge are available between 06h00 and 12h00, unless a room is booked for the previous night.
After hours rates apply for transfers from 21h00 to 24h00 and from 04h00 to 06h00.
No service between 24h00 and 04h00.
No pets allowed on our premises.
We do not have self-catering facilities.
We are not a party venue.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation 7+ days ahead of the reservation date - 75% refundable
Cancellation 2 – 6 days ahead of the reservation date - 50% refundable
Cancellation 1 day ahead of reservation date or same day cancellation / no show - 0% refundable
Group bookings of 4+ rooms - 50% deposit is required. Cancellation 7 days ahead of the reservation date - 0% refundable
