To avoid any confusion on your arrival, please take note of the following information:

 

• Payments for all extras (breakfast, dinner, beverages, laundry, etc) can be paid via credit card, debit card, or cash.

• Our check-in times are between 14h00 – 21h00.

• No consumption of your own alcohol is allowed on the premises. We have an honesty bar with a large selection of reasonably priced drinks.

• Unfortunately, for security reasons we cannot allow any guests' visitors on our premises unless prior arrangements are made with management.

• In order to respect all lodgers, we do not tolerate any form of loud noise on our premises.

• No pets allowed on our premises.

• New arrivals can check into their rooms from 14h00, guests may arrive earlier and leave their luggage at reception, but access to rooms will normally not be granted until after 14h00 to allow for cleaning.

• Late check-in after our closing time at 21h00 is not possible unless special arrangements have been made with us in advance. 

• We don't supply an airport shuttle, but we can arrange a private airport "meet & greet service", as well as transfers on request.

• Early check-in before 14h00 / late check-out after 10h00 can be pre-arranged, but please take note that this service is subject to a surcharge. Departing guests must remove all their belongings from their room by 10h00.

• If you need to store your luggage on the day of your departure, please arrange it with reception. We offer free luggage storage until 17h00.

• We also serve a Full English breakfast and dinner. Please note dinner needs to be booked in advance as we need to prepare accordingly.

• A complimentary "Continental Breakfast" is included, which is available between 06h30 and 09h00.

• Children under 2 – no charge on all meals

• Children 2 to 6 – half price on all meals

 

Cancellation Policy

 

• Cancellation 7+ days ahead of the reservation date - 75% refundable

• Cancellation 2 – 6 days ahead of the reservation date - 50% refundable

• Cancellation 1 day ahead of reservation date or same day cancellation / no show - 0% refundable

• Group bookings of 4+ rooms - 50% deposit is required.  Cancellation 7 days ahead of the reservation date - 0% refundable
